Newly appointed members of the National Examinations Appeal Tribunal were sworn in earlier today, among them the National Chairman of Kenya Primary School Headteachers Association (KEPSHA) Johnson Nzioka.
The swearing in ceremony, which was held at the Supreme Court, was presided over by the Deputy Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Paul Maina, who is now the Acting Judiciary Chief Registrar after the exit of Anne Amadi late last week.

Nzioka was sworn in alongside Virginia Wahome and Fred Nyambane Oanda as members of the Tribunal for a period of three years effective December 22, 2023; and Dr. Wayne Mutua Kenneth who was appointed as chairperson for a four year period effective from December 22, 2023.

The appointments were done by Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu on December 19, 2023.
