The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the timetable for this year’s national examinations.
The rehearsal date for Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Primary School Education assessment (KPSEA) is set on Friday, October 27, 2023.
All first session examination papers will start at 8.00 am and second session examination papers will start at 2.00 pm.
KCPE and KPSEA exams will take place between October 30-November 1, 2023.
KNEC warned all candidates against committing exam irregularities noting that penalties for doing so range from result cancellation to imprisonment or fine.
The council further advised the candidates to be seated at their assigned spot 15 minutes before the exam starts.
On the other hand, KCSE rehearsals are set for Thursday, October 19, 2023. The exams are also scheduled to end on Friday, November 24, 2023, with Physics practicals.
Projects for art and design, agriculture, woodwork, metal building construction and computer studies are expected to end on July 2023 and the marks uploaded.
