Kenya High School Principal Flora Mulatya has been posted as the education attaché to Australia.
Speaking to the press, Mrs. Mulatya confirmed that she has been transferred from the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to the Public Service Commission (PSC) pending her move to Australia “as soon as possible”.
In her new position, she will serve as Kenya’s representative to Australia on education matters.
She thanked President Ruto’s administration for the opportunity and stated that her appointment is part of the President’s reorganization and re-institutionalization of state departments.
“I’m yet to move to Australia because there are procedures that I must take part in,” she said.
The Kenya High School Deputy principal Irene Omangi is expected to manage the school until the arrival of the new Principal – Virginia Wahome – who is currently the Bishop Gatimu Ngandu Principal.
