Wote Technical Institute is set to host the 96th edition of Kenya Music and Cultural Festival, bringing together all the 47 counties and creating a golden chance for the college to do business.
Speaking in his office on how prepared they are, college principal Joshua Munywoki said as an institute they are set and eagerly awaiting the launch of the event.
He noted that the students are very much excited about the national recognition to host such a big event.
“Through this, their morale will be increased and they will help in propagating the institute out there even more,” he said.
He also noted that security has been beefed up as more than 25 police officers have been posted to stand guard day and night for the entire week the event will be taking place.
The event is running from 1st December to 9th December.
