The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council (TVET CDACC) has announced a strategic partnership with Stadi za Maisha to introduce the Stadinet.co digital Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) management system across all assessment centres in the country.

TVET CDACC said the partnership is aimed at enhancing the management and accessibility of the Digital Portfolio of Evidence (ePoE) within the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) framework.

“The system is fully aligned with the principles of Competency-Based Education and Training and is designed to significantly enhance efficiency, transparency and accessibility in the management of trainee portfolios and assessment records,” the circular signed by Prof. Kisilu Kitainge, CEO and Council Secretary, stated.

All assessment centres have been directed to activate their institutional Stadinet.co workspaces and support the onboarding of candidates, trainers, assessors and other relevant users. The activation exercise is intended to ensure institutions and candidates are adequately prepared for the July/August 2026 Assessment Series and future assessment cycles.

Stadinet.co is a comprehensive hybrid ePortfolio solution developed by Stadi za Maisha Educational Trust, designed to enrich the learning experience for educators, students and professionals by providing a platform where knowledge and achievements can be assessed and presented in an engaging and interactive manner.

The platform features digital portfolio assessments, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) evaluations and secure data storage, integrating with national and institutional accreditation systems and includes customizable reporting and analytics to enhance accessibility for both remote and in-person assessments.

The council said it remains committed to working closely with institutions and stakeholders in advancing innovation, quality assurance and efficiency in the delivery of Competency-Based Education and Training in Kenya.
