The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has introduced new promotional grades for teachers in the various chains of teaching service.
This is good news as it will provide a new window of upward mobility for teachers who have stagnated in one group for years as the promotions will be accompanied by an enhanced basic salary and other allowances.
