The education fraternity and residents of Mwamaranga Village in Nyamira County are mourning the reported death of Lawrence Ntabo Makori, the chief principal of Nyabigege Secondary School.
Mr Makori's reported death has left family members, friends, colleagues and students grieving. Messages of condolence have been extended to the bereaved family and the people of Mwamaranga Village.
The school community and the wider education fraternity are expected to remember his contribution to education and the relationships he built with colleagues and learners during his career.
The circumstances of his death, the date and the burial arrangements had not been made public at the time of publication.
