Matungulu Member of Parliamen Stephen Mutinda Mule has reaffirmed his commitment to investing in education, saying his efforts have contributed to the constituency having three national schools.

Speaking at Mukengesya, Mule said Matungulu Girls, Tala Girls and Tala High School have attained national school status as a result of continued investment in the education sector.

He said he would not stop at the three schools but would continue working towards having a fourth national school in the constituency. "Because I have invested in education, that is why we have three national schools, and I will not stop until we have another one, that is Sengani Girls, to bring it to a total of four," Mule said.

Mule said his focus remains on strengthening education opportunities for learners in Matungulu and creating an environment where more schools can achieve higher status.

Additionally, he pledged to ensure infrastructural development in all schools to facilitate a good learning environment.

Mule maintained that he is committed to delivering more for the education sector, adding that his work in the constituency is ongoing.
