The Kitale National Polytechnic has set December 4, 2026, as the date for its seventh graduation ceremony, with prospective graduands required to verify their academic records by November 5.
In a notice dated October 27, Chief Principal Dr Tom W. Mulati said the ceremony would be held at the institution’s graduation square in Kitale.

The institution has directed all prospective graduands to scrutinise their academic records and liaise with their respective Heads of Department (HODs) to rectify any discrepancies before the deadline.

The verification exercise will cover errors in names, missing marks and incomplete results, according to the notice.

The administration has cautioned that no corrections will be accepted after Thursday, November 5, urging affected students to act within the stipulated period to avoid complications during the graduation process.
The deadline is expected to give the institution time to reconcile academic records and finalise preparations for the ceremony.

The seventh graduation will mark a significant milestone for graduands who have completed their respective programmes at the technical institution, as they prepare to receive their qualifications and transition into the job market or pursue further studies.

The notice, signed by Dr Mulati, advises prospective graduands to promptly report any outstanding academic issues through their respective departments, with the institution maintaining that requests for corrections will not be entertained after the deadline.
The announcement comes as the institution begins preparations for the December ceremony, which will bring together graduands and other stakeholders to mark the completion of the students’ training.
