The Eldoret National Polytechnic has closed the extended registration window for trainees planning to sit the November/December 2026 TVET-CDACC Assessment Series.
The announcement was made in an internal memo issued by the Office of the Registrar of Academics on October 26, 2026, and signed by Academic Registrar Koch P. Kipkirui.
The decision ends the grace period that candidates were given in an institutional circular dated October 14, 2026. According to the memo, the final deadline for registration lapsed at midnight on Friday, October 23, 2026, and no further extensions will be allowed.
After the portal closed, the institution directed all registered candidates to immediately verify their details on the department nominal rolls.
Trainees must check their records with their Heads of Departments to confirm that their registered modules, units, academic levels and courses are correct. They must also personally sign the physical nominal rolls to complete the clearance. The deadline for the verification exercise is Friday, October 30, 2026.
Management has asked candidates who missed the registration window to contact their respective Heads of Departments urgently for administrative guidance.
The memo was copied to the Chief Principal, Deputy Principals, the Dean of Students, Examination Officers and Finance Officers to ensure coordinated compliance across departments.
