Titus Musili Nzambi who scored 165 marks after failing to sit for English composition paper at Kianguni Primary in Mwingi central has been invited to join Kisasi Boys high school in Kitui.
Nzambi missed the English Composition test after he was pulled out of exam centre and sent home for fees.
Magoha promised the student a spot in secondary school when the results were released in April.
However, due to a lack of school fees, Nzambi is unsure whether he will be admitted to the school when Form 1 students are expected to report on August 2.
The boy’s widowed grandmother, Naumi Mutisya, has stated that she is unable to fund her grandson’s secondary education and has requested assistance from well-wishers.
‘’I live with the boy and his two sisters and I cater for them here in Katikati, their jobless single mother lives,’’ said the 57 year old grandmother who single headedly lives with a family of ten.
She said as a family they are happy and excited the CS has done his bit as he promised.
Musili has promised to work had to actualize his ambition of being an engineer.
