Bonchari Constituency Member of Parliament, Charles Onchoke has pledged to prioritize education development saying it changes societies for the better.

“Without quality education, we will not be able to achieve and accomplish anything we aspire to do,” he said.

While speaking to parents, teachers and pupils at Bogita Primary school during his first visit to the Constituency after being elected, the MP said that he will visit learning institutions to listen and identify problems facing them and brainstorm on possible solutions.

“I will talk to staff and dine with pupils for the sake of familiarization and to find solutions to problems facing us,” Onchoke said.

The legislator asked Principals and Head teachers to create an enabling learning environment in their schools.

Onchoke further asked the Board of  Management committees in the area to consider providing lunch meals to all primary schools and promised to provide support from his office.
