Bomachoge Borabu Member of Parliament, Prof. Zaddock Ogutu has refuted claims that he was against opening of a public library in the area that was constructed more than 10 years ago.
He was reacting to accusations from more than 40 Principals led by the local KESSHA Chairman, Albert Ombiro in the Constituency who alleged that he had refused to open the library because it was started by his predecessor, the late Joel Onyancha. – Enock Okong’o
