As the 2025 a national examination continues, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has announced plans to host a live Mathematics Paper 1 and 2 revision session for KCSE candidates this weekend.
In a post shared on his official Facebook account, the outspoken legislator said the sessions will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and will be streamed live to reach students across the country.
“Education is the greatest equalizer. I will be revising Mathematics Paper 1 and 2 with KCSE 2025 candidates. Parents should allow their children to use phones and bundles to follow these life-changing lessons,” he wrote.
The MP, who has become widely recognized for his free online lessons, said the initiative aims to boost students’ confidence and improve performance as they prepare for the national examinations.

Babu’s live revision sessions, first launched during the COVID-19 lockdown, have continued to attract thousands of learners and educators seeking extra academic support.
His digital approach to teaching has been praised for making quality education more accessible, especially to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Teachers and parents have welcomed the programme noting that it complements classroom learning and motivates students as they head into the final stretch of their academic journey.
“My dream is to see every child, regardless of background, access quality education and succeed. No student should be left behind,” Babu added.
The Mathematics revision sessions come just days before the start of the KCSE 2025 examinations, which will begin in early November.
