The Ministry of Education will release full guidelines regarding transition and how Junior Secondary Schools (JSSs) will be domiciled in primary schools on January 3, 2022.
Speaking during the release of KCPE results at KNEC Mitihani house on Wednesday, December 21, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu noted that he has already formed a multi-agency committee to address the transition following the recent directive from the President.
He noted that the committee is expected to conclude its work and release the report on the aforementioned date.
Machogu added that the KCPE candidates will be informed on the schools they will join by January 16, 2023.
