The dispute arose after Malava Boys defeated Chesamisi Boys 3-0 in the regional final played at Bungoma High School to secure qualification for the National Secondary Schools Games scheduled for Thika.

According to the jury’s verdict, the appeal was dismissed after it was determined that insufficient evidence had been presented to support the claims raised by Chesamisi Boys.

The ruling means the final result remains valid, with Malava Boys retaining their qualification for the national championships.
