Makueni centre managers express confidence in their candidates as KCSE kicks off

Centre managers in Makueni County have expressed confidence in their candidates as they sit for their theory papers which begun today morning.

Speaking during the opening of examination container at county commissioner’s compound, Makueni Boys Chief Principal Francis Mutua, who is among the centre managers expressed confidence saying that he has 448 candidates this year, wishing them all the best.

His sentiments were echoed by Mwaani Boys Principal, who noted that his 241 candidates are set for better performance.

Mukuyuni mixed secondary school, a school which has been giving second chance to students, the principal Reuben K. Musyoki noted that they have a total of 132 students wishing them good health as they tackle their exams.

St. Theresa Nzaui Secondary School Principal Nicholus Mutuku, and St. Paul Kyamuthei Boys’ School principal Joseph Musaa wished their students all the best with confidence of excelling in their papers.

Makueni County has a total of 30,672 candidates; 14,888 boys and 15834 girls have started their Kenya certificate of secondary school (KCSE) examination this year smoothly.
