The Teachers’ Service Commission (TSC) has been criticized for frustrating teachers’ union operations by allegedly failing to remit funds deducted from salaries.
Led by the Siaya Kuppet Deputy Executive Secretary, Mr Patrick Omondi the union officials said the action by TSC has plunged the union into unnecessary debts.
