The 2025 Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) officially concludes today, Monday, November 3, 2025, as candidates across the country sit for their final papers in Social Studies and Religious Education.
The week-long national assessment, which began last Monday, has been conducted smoothly under strict supervision and security protocols across all examination centres.
According to the timetable released by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), today’s session started at 8.30am. with Social Studies Paper 907, scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes, while candidates with special needs are sitting for the Braille version, which lasts 2 hours.

After a short break, the final session features Religious Education papers—Christian Religious Education (CRE 908), Islamic Religious Education (IRE 909), and Hindu Religious Education (HRE 910)—which began at 11am and will end between 12.30pm and 1pm, depending on the version.
The assessment marks the culmination of three years of junior school and will guide learners’ transition to senior school in 2026.
