Kenya is set to select its team for the International Schools Federation (ISF) World Schools Cross Country Championship during trials scheduled for March 27-28 at Nakuru High School.
In a letter addressed to TSC regional directors, they are supposed to fast-track the Term One Cross-Country Championships calendar in order to allow the regional top finishers to compete in the trials.
The Ministry of Education has directed its regional directors to fast-track the Term One Cross-country Championships calendar in order to allow the regional top six athletes to compete during the trials.

The statement further states that the submission should be six per category.
The aligned categories for both boys and girls are U-12, U-15 and U-18.
The top ten (10) finishers in each category will qualify for the confirmation into the Team Kenya
The ISF championship will be hosted in the country from May 9-14 2024 at Ngong’ Racecourse in Nairobi.
