Felix Koskei, the Chief of Staff and Head of the Public Service, has celebrated the successful completion of his Master of Science degree in Zoology (Agricultural Entomology) from the University of Nairobi (UoN), marking an essential step in his lifelong learning journey.
Koskei had earlier pursued studies at the same university, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1990 and later a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004.
Reflecting on his latest academic milestone, he pointed out the difficulty of juggling national duties with personal goals.
He added that the the achievement was made possible through “discipline and persistence,” while also appreciating the unwavering support of his family, colleagues, and friends.
Addressing fellow graduates, Koskei drew inspiration from Nelson Mandela, noting, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

He commended the graduating class and urged them to put their knowledge into practice for the betterment of society.
Looking ahead, Koskei disclosed that he intends to advance to the highest level of study.
He revealed his desire to embark on doctoral research soon, expressing optimism about the future and saying he anticipates the next stage of his academic journey “by God’s grace.”
