Govt lauded for unwavering support for education sector

Eldoret National Polytechnic Chief Principal Dr Charles  Koech has commended the Kenyan government for its unwavering support in the education sector, particularly the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) field.

He made these comments during the 13th annual international conference, highlighting the government’s significant role in advancing middle-level training through initiatives like retraining staff and fostering industry partnerships.

Dr Koech praised the Ministry of Education for its ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between education and employment, especially through initiatives aimed at boosting research and innovation.
