Emining Technical Training Institute (TTI) in Baringo County has entered into a partnership with the University of Eldoret, (UoE) to enhance German language training for its students in order to secure overseas jobs.
Speaking in his office, in Mogotio constituency, Emining TTI Principal Jacob Kotut said that 200 students will be fully sponsored to take advantage of the program and better their lives.
Kotut said that they are also reaching out to the alumni to enroll on the program and benefit from the skills that will open opportunities for most of them in the diaspora jobs.

“We are creating opportunities for our young students so that as they complete their education here, they can transfer to the job market worldwide,” he said.
He said many students wishing to learn German language to enable them travel for overseas jobs have been facing challenges as it takes up to Ksh 240,000 to train for German language in Kenya
