Butula Boys’ High School will host the 3rd edition of the Western Hawks Open Tournament, a major multi-sport event expected to draw schools and clubs from across Western Kenya, from Saturday, January 31 to Sunday, February 1, 2026.
The two-day tournament, organised by the school’s Games Department, will begin at 8.00 a.m. on both days at the school grounds. It has steadily grown into a key sporting fixture, attracting senior schools, junior schools, colleges and club teams.
Organisers say the competition is aimed at nurturing talent, promoting sportsmanship and strengthening inter-school relations, while offering young athletes a competitive platform to showcase their abilities.
