Bungoma National Polytechnic has been closed until further notice after students staged demonstrations disrupting learning at the institution on Tuesday.
“Dear Bungoma National Polytechnic students. This is to inform you that the college has been closed until further notice. This comes after students’ unrest in the institution. All classes and activities are suspended too. Please stay safe and stay alert,” read a notice seen by Education News.
On Tuesday, students went on a rampage destroying property at the institution, including department offices.
