Members of the public have been asked to assist in tracing Velma Sheila, a Grade 9 learner at The Pentagon Academy, who has been reported missing.
According to information provided by her family, Velma was last seen on September 22, 2026, around Nyamome/Oruba.
At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a tracksuit, white shirt and rubber shoes.
Public asked to help trace learner
Anyone who may have seen Velma or has information that could assist in tracing her has been asked to report to the nearest police station or Children’s Officer, or contact her parent or guardian on 0723 555 164.
The family has also appealed to members of the public to share information that could help locate the learner and ensure her safe return home.
