Archbishop Njenga High School captain Hilder Natecho has signed a contract with Ulinzi Starlets and is set to join the Kenyan Women’s Premier League side after completing her high school education.
Natecho was instrumental during the 2026 KCB Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) Championships held at the M-Pesa Foundation Academy in Thika, Kiambu County, where Archbishop Njenga secured an impressive third-place finish.
The talented captain was one of the standout performers for the school throughout the championship, playing a key role in the team’s strong campaign. Her leadership, composure and technical ability helped Archbishop Njenga navigate a highly competitive tournament featuring some of the best school teams in the country.
Her performances caught the attention of Ulinzi Starlets’ technical team, who moved swiftly to secure her services as part of the club’s efforts to identify and nurture young talent.
Natecho’s signing is a major milestone in her football journey, with the move providing her with an opportunity to transition from school football to the elite women’s game.
