Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST) has postponed its Special and Supplementary Examinations, which had been scheduled to begin on Monday, August 17, 2026, after delays in the release of examination results left the institution unable to proceed as planned.
Students were notified of the postponement in a communication issued by the Registrar of Academics and Student Affairs, Dr Michael Ngala, who indicated that the examinations would remain on hold until further notice.
The Registrar did not provide a new date for the examinations, stating that the university would communicate further details once the pending results are finalised and a fresh examination schedule is established.
