Lugari MP Nabii Nabwera has launched a 14-day A-Achievers Academic Mentorship Programme targeting more than 800 secondary school students across the constituency.
The initiative, sponsored by Nabwera, brings together learners from secondary schools across Lugari Constituency in an intensive academic mentorship programme aimed at promoting excellence and strengthening their preparation for future careers.
The programme seeks to equip learners with academic knowledge, career guidance and mentorship as they navigate their secondary school education and prepare for life beyond the classroom.
Nabwera said the initiative is designed to empower learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to excel academically and make informed choices about their future careers.
More than 800 students are expected to benefit from the 14-day programme, which provides an opportunity for learners to interact with mentors and gain guidance on academic performance, career development and personal growth.
Nurturing academic excellence
The A-Achievers programme is part of efforts to nurture a culture of academic excellence among learners in Lugari while exposing them to opportunities and pathways that can help them realise their potential.
