Multimedia University of Kenya (MMU) has announced that its online admission application portal is now live, paving the way for government-sponsored degree students placed at the institution by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) to complete their admission process.
In an announcement issued on Tuesday, 4 August, 2026, the university directed all KUCCPS-placed students to visit the online application portal at onlineapplication.mmu.ac.ke to update their personal details and print their admission letters ahead of joining the institution.
The notice specifically targets students admitted under the Government Sponsored Students Programme (GSSP), urging them to complete the online registration process as soon as possible to avoid delays in admission preparations.
According to the university, the portal enables successful applicants to verify and update their information before generating official admission letters required during registration. The institution concluded the announcement by welcoming the incoming students with the message, “WELCOME TO MMU!”

The activation of the portal marks a key milestone in the admission process following the recent release of KUCCPS placement results for the 2026/2027 academic year.
