It is reported that the suspect from Nyatieko village in Kitutu Chache South Constituency was taking care of his son after the wife left for job abroad.

The villagers who identified the suspect as Joash Nyakundi said he has been beating the minor under the excuse of disciplining but unfortunately killed him after thorough beating.

The neighbours said that they heard the boy crying from fierce beating of the father, but when they rushed to rescue the boy, they found his naked body lying on the chair in the sitting room.
