Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu will tomorrow lead a development tour in Central Melelo, Narok South Sub County where he is set to commission three newly constructed ECDE classrooms worth Ksh4.5 million.

The Governor will be hosted by Melelo MCA David Sulunye during the tour that places early childhood education at the centre of Narok County’s development agenda.

The new classrooms have been built at Oloolaiser ECDE, Olukuseroi ECDE and Letaari ECDE at a tune of Ksh4,500,000, are aimed at improving learning infrastructure and creating a conducive environment for young learners in their formative years.

The modern classrooms are expected to ease congestion, enhance safety and provide child-friendly spaces that support play-based learning.

Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) is a devolved function under county governments, and Narok County has continued to prioritise the sector through infrastructure expansion and resource support.
