Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has added two postgraduate qualifications to his academic portfolio, graduating with a Master of Economics (Policy and Management) from Kenyatta University.
This is after graduating with a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Nairobi in July.
In a statement shared on his Facebook page, Nyoro said. the achievement as the culmination of an intense period of study, having pursued the two master’s programmes almost concurrently at different institutions.
He said the decision was driven by the need to sharpen his decision-making capacity, particularly on economic matters.
“It has been an intense period pursuing two Master’s degrees almost concurrently and in different institutions.

The decision was motivated by the need to refine decision-making, especially on matters that affect the economy,” he said.
The legislator noted that the experience went beyond academic learning, highlighting the value of interactions with classmates, lecturers, supervisors and other stakeholders, which he described as equally enriching learning moments.
The legislator extended a congratulatory remarks to fellow graduates from KU and other institutions that have recently held graduation ceremonies, wishing them well in their future endeavours.
He concluded his message with a broader reflection on continental responsibility, stating: “We are African and Africa is our business.”
