Sigalagala National Polytechnic has officially announced that its 6th graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the institution’s main campus graduation grounds, marking an important milestone for trainees who have successfully completed their Certificate and Diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.
In an internal memo dated November 24, 2025, Chief Principal Evans Bosire confirmed that all qualified graduands are required to pay a graduation fee of Ksh 3,000 before November 28 2025.
The institution has also outlined guidelines for gown collection, which will take place from Wednesday, 3 December3 to Thursday, December 4, 2025 at the Registrar’s office.

“All gowns must be returned by December 15 2025, and late returns will attract a penalty of Kshh 500 per day.” Reads part of the memo.
Graduands are further advised to confirm their details through departmental notice boards, heads of departments, and the institution’s website starting November 14,2025, to ensure smooth preparations ahead of the ceremony.
The memo, stamped and signed by the office of the Chief Principal, has been circulated to the Deputy Principal Administration, Deputy Principal Academics, Registrar, Dean of Students, and Finance Manager.
The administration urges all graduands to adhere to the timelines to facilitate efficient coordination of the event.
