Learners at Olooltoto Comprehensive School in Narok North Constituency are set to benefit from improved transport after their school received a brand-new bus courtesy of the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).
The official handover ceremony is scheduled for Friday, October,3 at the school grounds, led by Narok North Member of Parliament .
The new vehicle becomes the sixth school bus delivered to institutions within the constituency under Pareyio’s leadership.
Other schools that have already benefitted include Olorropil Secondary School, Olchorro Secondary School, Oloserian Hill Secondary School, Olpusimorru Secondary School, and St. Mary’s Comprehensive School.
Pareyio noted that the initiative is part of her broader agenda to ease transportation challenges for learners and promote access to quality education.
“Investing in education is the best way to secure the future of our children. A school bus may appear like a simple project, but it changes the learning environment by ensuring that students attend sports, education trips among other key activities.

This reduces the financial burden on parents and the school who have to worry about the learners’ transportation,” she said ahead of the event.
The MP reaffirmed her commitment to ensuring that no child is left behind in the pursuit of education, adding that her office will continue working with stakeholders to identify and address challenges facing local schools.
She urged parents, teachers, and community members to rally behind the programme, stressing that collective responsibility is key to raising educational standards.
Stakeholders, parents, and residents have been invited to witness the handover at Olooltoto Comprehensive School starting at 10:00 AM.
The event is expected to mark another milestone in the constituency’s efforts to strengthen infrastructure and support equitable learning opportunities.
