Parents and students hail Moi University for seamless admission process

Parents and the new first year student have applaud Moi University for the seamless admission process which commenced yesterday, August 21.

Speaking to the University Vlog, students and parents congratulated the University for a Well-planned admission process which they admitted barely lasted 2 hours.

“We arrived here in the morning from Kajiado, we have been served well and I am on my way home. I am glad that I have not overstayed,” said Hellen Wasike, a parent.

Admitted first year student also could not hide his joy, saying that he is now full-fledged Moi University student.

“I arrived here on Thursday at exactly 8 am and by 12 PM, I had already been admitted and was just walking around familiarizing myself with the environment. I am so happy and glad to be here,” Samuel Masolo said.

Amos Kiplagat, another parent from Keiyo thanked the University for the well planned admission process saying, he arrived in the morning and in 2 and half-hours’ time he was done with the whole process.

This improvement comes after the university digitized the whole admission process whereby parents complete the admission process online and only the document verification is done manually.

The University proceeded with the admission even though the teaching staffs downed their tools, agitating over the unsettled salaries.

However, the University administration has promised to fast tract the salary and numeration settlement to salvage the academic from further disruption.
