In the past one week, a wave of disturbing allegations has rocked the prestigious Alliance Girls’ High School, as former and current students have come forward accusing a long-serving teacher,who also led the Christian Union, of misconduct that allegedly extended far beyond the school.
In an expose report by Africa Uncensored, reveals that , the teacher allegedly used his unique position at the school to form strong emotional bonds with female students which escalated into non-consensual physical and romantic encounters.
It is shocking that some of the girls who came out with the allegations were still minors during these macabre encounters with their “teacher”.
The report published by Africa Uncensored The Teacher and the system- by Christine Mungai, exposed a pattern where a teacher uses spiritual language and his authority to cultivate special relationships. One former student described a non-consensual kiss weeks after graduation, while others recounted physical contact that begun while they were still in school.

Though there were multiple efforts to alert the school’s administration, with some dating as far back as 2018, no action was taken. In 2021, another rumor of an affair between a member of staff and the female students reached the leaders of the teacher’s church community, one pastored by his own father.
Contrary to expectations, the matter seemed to have been swept under the rug as the teacher in question remained in his post. He continued to play a prominent role at the school’s Christian Union, where he used his influence to lure more girls.
From the report, multiple former students from different graduating classes were interviewed. Five gave firsthand accounts, two spoke of non-consensual physical contact while they were still in school ,while two others described emotionally charged relationships that begun after school and later turned sexual, shaped by the overwhelming power imbalance between a teacher and a vulnerable adolescent student.
The school’s leadership acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations but seemed more focused on protecting the school’s image.
