Parents of Nyabine Primary School in South Mugirango Constituency have feared the poor state of latrines in the school that might collapse at any time and kill their children.
They blamed the Board of Management committee laxity and misuse of funds meant to improve infrastructure in the school and appealed to the Ministry of Education to probe them.
Led by Christopher Nyangaresi and Jane Nyabonyi, they threatened to transfer their children to neighbouring schools like Nyabitunwabine, Rionsata or Nyatwoni unless is Board of school management (SMC) rehabilitates the latrine pits which are at a very pathetic state.
