Tana River County Director of Education, Mr. James Nyaga has been transferred to Isiolo county.
Speaking to Education News from Isiolo town, the Director disclosed that his replacement could not be established at the time of posting this story.
This comes a month after the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) transferred and promoted Deputy Directors and sub county Directors countrywide.
In the changes, several TSC Deputy Directors were promoted to full directors to replace those who proceeded to retirement or those with disciplinary cases.
During the same period, the Commission also transferred a number of directors to new stations in what the organization calls measures to improve service delivery.
