2025 KPSEA exams kick off tomorrow countrywide

Grade Six learners prepare to sit for the 2025 KPSEA examinations, which officially begin tomorrow, October 27, across all registered centres in Kenya.

The 2025 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) examinations are set to officially begin tomorrow, Monday, October 27, 2025, following a smooth national rehearsal exercise held on Friday, October 24.

According to the timetable released by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), the three-day assessment will run from Monday to Wednesday, October 27–29, 2025, across all registered centres countrywide.

On the first day, learners will sit for Mathematics in the morning session from 8.30am to 9.50 am, followed by English from 10.50am.

The second day, Tuesday, October 28, will feature Integrated Science in the morning and Kiswahili or Kenyan Sign Language later in the day.

The final day, Wednesday, October 29, will see candidates complete their assessments with Creative Arts and Social Studies papers.

Each paper includes provisions for large print, Braille, and hearing-impaired learners to ensure inclusivity.

The examinations mark a critical milestone for Grade 6 learners transitioning to junior secondary school under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).

KNEC has assured the public of adequate security and smooth logistics to guarantee the integrity of the national assessment.
