108 adult education learners in Mombasa County have passed Proficiency Test out of 158 who sat for the test in June.
County Director of Adult Education Franklin Karanja encouraged the adult learners to study hard, noting education is crucial for the development of the region.
He advised youth who dropped out of school to join literacy centres and urged parents to support them.
