Totum Comprehensive School in West Pokot County has been hailed for shining and emerging as one of the best schools from the ASAL area to perform extremely well during the East Africa Ball games recently.
According to school head, Philip Kemei, the team showed signs of going far from the initial stages at the Zonal level upwards, and dedicated support they were able to perform well.
“In 2024 the team reached regional level but the climax of the team’s spirit was this year when they reached The East Africa level which was held at Musingu High School in Kakamega County.” He said
Kemei added that the immense support for the Co-curricular activities in the school from West Pokot County government, area MP Samwel Moroto, KNUT and Kuppet offices and Joseph Kibusia who supported the team with uniforms has yield to great morale and ambition which continues to propel the school to the greater heights.

“The implementation of the Co-curricular activities has boosted learners’ performance as they are always active in class and in the field,” Kemei
He also praised the team of dedication and high discipline shown by the players which is the pillar of success in the school.
The Head coach is Mildred Yaraita and assistant coach is Vincent Omambia, maintained high hope, confirming that the school is much ready for next year competitions as the preparation has started.
