Speaking before West Pokot County heads of institutions as he led them in eulogizing the educational heroes, the Sub-County Director, Amos Kibet, appreciated their contributions to ensuring the success of education services in the county and beyond.
The two who died were Philemon Lotudo, former County Director in the Ministry of Education and lecturer at Kisii University, West Pokot Campus, and Elijah Lopuke, former Chief Officer and renowned teacher at Nasokol Girls High School. He was polite and duty-conscious.
