West Mugirango National Government Constituency Development Fund, (NG-CDF) has increased education bursary from Ksh 45 million to shillings to Ksh 75 million to benefit more students.
The area MP Steve Mogaka said the money was increased to cater for the big number of University and Secondary Schools who applied for the funds. He said that all those who applied for the kitty will get the money but regretted for those who never applied because of self-doubt to his office.

The lawmaker who spoke at Nyaigesa Vocational Training Centre asked school leavers to join the institute to get professional skills that will help them get employment.
He said that his NG-CDF office released Ksh 2.1 million in this financial year up from Ksh600,000 last year to enable it cater for more students and improve infrastructure.
The legislator further asked the youth to remain focused in their studies as the government uses a lot of money to fund the education.
