Dennis Kiangoi from Kiabiraa Village in Nyamira County is appealing for well-wishers to assist him proceed with his University education.
Kiangoi qualified to join Meru University for a Bachelor of Education in Sciences degree but now fears he might not pursue the career of his dream because of lack of money.
According to his uncle Mathew Kiriago, the parents of Dennis separated a long time ago, living him and his two siblings under his care.
“The boy was abandoned by his parents when he was only four years and has grown up with his two siblings in my household like my own children.” He said.
The Uncle who appealed for help said that he has his children at school too and adding on Kiangoi’s university budget won’t be manageable for him.
They appealed to well-wishers to come out and help the boy go through his university education.
They also asked the area MP Steve Mogaka to take up the matter and assist the needy boy.
He described the boy as very determined and whose future looks promising.
