Teachers Service Commission, (TSC) has suspended all promotional interviews previously scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025 and reschedule them for later dates.
In circular statement, signed by the TSC Acting CEO Evaleen Mitei, the commission announced adjustments after the government declared Friday, October 17 as a public holiday.
“Following the Government’s declaration of Friday, 17th October, 2025 as a Public Holiday in honour of the late Right Honourable Raila Amolo Odinga, the Teachers Service Commission has suspended all promotional interviews previously scheduled for Friday, 17th October, 2025.” Reads the circular
The commission reiterated that due to this, the affected interviews will be rescheduled across the three (3) working days, commencing Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday, October 23, 2025.
The commission added that the respective regional director to communicate the revised schedule and logistical details in due course.
