The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has issued a comprehensive guide outlining approved teaching subject combinations for secondary school teachers. This directive serves as a critical reference for aspiring teachers selecting their academic paths, as only recognized combinations guarantee eligibility for employment in Kenyan secondary schools.
According to the TSC, choosing the right subject pairing is essential for securing a teaching position. Combinations not listed in the approved framework may lead to disqualification from recruitment, regardless of academic qualifications. The Commission emphasizes that employability hinges on adherence to these guidelines.
