TSC announces various vacancies for teachers

The Teacher Service Commission has announced various job vacancies for the teachers in various job groups.

According to the TSC advertisement circular released, the vacancies opened are for chief principal, senior principal, principal, deputy principal, senior lecturer, lecturer, senior master, secondary teacher, senior head teacher, head teacher, deputy head teacher and senior teacher.

The vacancies are spread as follows:

Chief Principal for the regular school, the openings are 44 for the job group D5 with T-scale of 15,chief principal under the TTC posts are 3 for the D5 level with a T-scale of 15. The senior principal for regular school with D4 and a T-scale of 14, 126 vacancies. This applies to 3 post for the senior principal for TTC.

The teachers’ employer has also advertised652 post for principal for regular schools under D3 group and TTC deputy principal 3 post under D3. In D2, 786 senior lecturer I for TTC and 13 deputy principal II for secondary school.

In D1 1408 deputy principal III for regular schools are needed and 32 senior lecturer II for TTC. D1 senior master II (secondary SNE) for 2 posts and senior lecturer III for regular school under C5 for 1987 posts.  C5 senior lecturer III 61 posts for TTC.

6 Senior master III C5,secondary school,2221 senior master IV with C4,70 C4 senior lecturer IV for TTC and 184, C3  secondary teacher I  for diploma teachers only. 7 Lecturer 1 under C3, s 254 senior head teacher regular under D1, 7 senior head teacher for the SNE with  D1.

2130 head teacher under C5 for the regular schools,33  head teachers under  C5 for SNE primary schools, 3653 deputy head teachers II under C4 for the regular primary schools and  33, C$ deputy head teachers II for the SNE.

TSC released a list of 25, 000 promoted teachers on Wednesday, April 2, thus creating vacancies that ought to be filled before the commencing of the new term.
