Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba has appealed to school heads nationwide to exercise patience, assuring them that the government will begin disbursing capitation funds on Monday.
Speaking yesterday, CS Ogamba attributed the delay in releasing the crucial funds to intense competition for resources among various state agencies.
The announcement comes as many schools opened their gates for the second term starting last Monday.
