PSC announces 25 job positions in the Ministry of Education

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced a total of 25 job vacancies in the Ministry of Education.

In an advertisement published on June 17, 2025, and targets qualified Kenyans seeking employment in public service, the commission said the opportunities are available under the Ministry of Education.

These 25 slot are distributed as follows;

Principal Education Officer – 3 posts

Senior Education Officer – 7 posts

Education Officer II – 15 posts

Applicants interested in the advertised positions are required to submit their applications online through the Public Service Commission portal. The portal contains all the necessary details, including the job descriptions, qualifications needed, and instructions on how to apply.

PSC has issued a strong warning to the public about conmen pretending to be commission officials. According to the PSC, no one should pay any money when applying for government jobs. The commission emphasized that it does not charge any fee for job applications, shortlisting, interviews, or appointments.

PSC also clarified that all communication regarding the recruitment process will be done through official PSC channels.

Applicants are therefore urged to check the portal regularly for updates on shortlisting, interview schedules, and appointment notices.
